Corrective Notice Summary
 
Aidacare has entered into a voluntary undertaking with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in relation to a small number of consumer cases involving faulty or defective goods between 1 January 2022 and 21 May 2025 and likely unfair contract terms in force between 9 November 2023 and 21 May 2025. Aidacare has committed to a customer remediation program and to continuing to improve its complaints handling and staff training and has already amended its standard Terms and Conditions.
Aidacare sincerely regrets this has occurred and is committed to both correcting those historic cases and improving the service provided to all our customers in future.
